now, that brings us to presentation. four community meeting were held before construction of the north beach retrieval shaft work which started in august of 2012. the presentations of those four meetings described the work necessary to construct the tbm retrieval shaft on columbus avenue. and some members of the north beach community raised concerns at these meetings about traffic and business disruption caused by the retrieval shaft construction. before you is the plan that's environmentally approved, which shows the retrieval shaft work on columbus avenue. the utility relocation work was completed between august and november of this year. on the half block section of columbus between union and filbert, and only one lane of traffic was closed at a time for this utility work. the construction of the retrieval shaft is scheduled to again 2013, and will be completed in approximately 10 months. the retrieval shaft excavation will require the closure of two lanes on columbus avenue. to minimize effects of construction we hav

thanks for having us on first of all mark was there anything in that setup that i got wrong or that you'd like to add to a fine point the numbers you gave for work or cooperated in this country it's actually for employee owned businesses in general and not all of those are managed democratically by the people that work ok which is not to say they're not a good thing because an employee owned company is much less likely to move away to set up operations in china for example of these the jobs here employee owned companies if the company does better the people who work there benefits of this incentive to work harder and actually see a result from that. so what's the number for actual work have told workers cooperate is there far fewer. and i don't know how many people we don't sell hundreds there hundreds of these businesses very successful businesses. and incredible range of kinds of work. but i don't know what the total number is i've visited i think it's called peninsula engineering in madison and you know if you think you and and union cabin interviewed people from both those organ
